new Sewing machine- how do i get the Bobbin to come up through the hole?

It’s a Singer 750 Touch and Sew. I have the bobbin in the tray and I can’t figure out how to get the thread to come up through the hole. Does anyone know what I am trying to get it caught on?

I have never seen your type of machine. the machines I use require that you leave 4 or 5 inches of thread sticking out of the bobbin when you load it in the bobbin case. then you hold the thread that comes out of the needle with your left hand, turn the wheel with your right to lower the needle. It will catch the bobbin thread & pull it up for you. use something such as small closed scissors to push both threads out fromm under the presser foot. When you start to sew be sure to hold onto those threads for the first 3 or 4 stitches as they will tangle under the fabric & jam the bobbin if you don’t.
